Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account at rapidhosting.uk. Your server stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, and won't renew after that. There are no cancellation fees.
Your 14-day right to cancel (first order)
If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from your first order to cancel. Because your server is set up immediately at your request, if you cancel within those 14 days we'll refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days the service was provided. To cancel, open a support ticket (or, if you can't log in, email support@rapidhosting.uk) or use the cancel option in your account, and tell us you want a refund. We'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
The 14-day right applies to your first purchase of a service, not to later monthly renewals.
Renewals
Monthly renewals aren't refundable once the new month has started, but you can cancel any time so the next one doesn't happen. If you've been charged for a renewal you didn't want and haven't used the server in the new month, contact us within 7 days and we'll look at it fairly.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your server has a significant outage or doesn't work as described because of a fault on our side, contact us. We'll fix it, and give you a fair credit or refund for the affected time. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
When refunds aren't given
- Services suspended or terminated because of a breach of our Terms of Service (for example abuse or illegal use).
- Part-used months after the 14-day period, apart from the situations above.
